Policies

Shipping:

All items are shipped with kitten gloves and lots of care.I  usually ship orders out within 3-5 business days after I confirm payment.

Unless otherwise noted, orders ship via USPS First Class which takes 3-5 days to arrive in the United States and 1-2 weeks to arrive in most other parts of the world. 

Prints and Greeting Cards do not come with tracking, if you would like tracking please message me before purchase.

Returns:

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know. I do not normally take returns, but exceptions can be made. If we do decide that you can return your purchase, I will not be responsible for shipping and handling, and you will be responsible for paying for shipping it back to me. Refunds are processed after I receive the item in its original condition. If the item is damaged in any way (including damage from shipping), a refund will not be issued.

Items must be returned to me within 14 days.

While I do my very best to package your goods with care, I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
